On Psychology & Self-Knowledge
Identity and Why We Collect It

INFJ. Anxiously attached. Parentified child. Highly sensitive. None of these labels are inherently false. Many are useful. But there is a difference between a framework that describes your tendencies and a framework you cling to in order to feel real. This episode sits with that distinction, drawing on personal experience, Adlerian psychology, and the question of what remains when you remove every label.
